New Cruise Food Section at Prow's Edge Cruise Magazine

Prow's Edge Cruise Magazine introduces the brand new cruise food section with news about the latest in cruise food, with items of interest such as the historic partnership of Holland America line with famed Le Cirque restaurant in Le Cirque teams up with Holland America Line Holland America Line’s Master Chef Rudi Sodamin is working with Le Cirque’s Executive Chef Craig Hopson to re-create the legendary eatery’s whimsical ambiance and award-winning dining experience on board .

There is news too about news about cruise line chefs like three Star Michelin chef Heinz Beck, Master Chef Andre Soltner and colorful celebrity chef Jon Ashton joining the Crystal Cruises’ 15th annual Wine & Food Experiences of Discovery series in 2011 in Star chefs star on board Crystal Cruises in 2011 In addition to food events and hands-on instruction, days at sea will feature chefs’ demos, wine tastings, pairing sessions and lessons in the art of the perfect cocktail.

There is also cruise food news from Holland Holland America Line at Holland America Line Creates the Holland America Line Culinary Council about Holland America Line's Culinary Council of celebrated chefs from around the world who have come together to enrich Holland America Line’s culinary initiatives and to present signature recipes to be featured in all dining venues on all 15 ships.
